USA Liberty Arms is committed to conducting all firearm sales in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. All firearm purchases are subject to the regulations and requirements established by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), as well as the laws of the State of Colorado. All firearm purchases and transfers must be completed in person at our retail location. Customers purchasing a firearm will be required to complete all necessary federal and state documentation and undergo the required background check prior to taking possession of any firearm.
All firearm purchases are subject to a background check as required by law. Approval must be received through the appropriate background check system before a firearm can be transferred to the purchaser. Delays or denials are determined by the background check system, and USA Liberty Arms has no authority to override or influence these decisions.
Customers must present a valid, government-issued photo identification that reflects their current residential address. Additional documentation may be required in certain situations to verify residency or eligibility under applicable laws.
Federal and state laws establish minimum age requirements for the purchase of firearms. Customers must meet all applicable age requirements in order to complete a firearm purchase.
All firearm transactions conducted at USA Liberty Arms must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Our staff will follow all required procedures to ensure every transfer is conducted legally and responsibly.
If a background check is denied or delayed, the firearm cannot be transferred until approval is received as required by law. Customers who receive a denial must follow the appeal procedures provided by the appropriate authorities if they believe the decision was made in error.
USA Liberty Arms supports responsible firearm ownership and safe handling practices. Customers are encouraged to seek proper training and to store firearms safely and securely.
