How the Transfer Process Works
Complete your purchase with the online retailer, auction site, or private seller. During checkout or when arranging shipment, select USA Liberty Arms as the receiving FFL dealer.
If the seller requires a copy of our Federal Firearms License, please contact us at receiving@usalibertyarms.com. Please include your name, phone number, order number, sellers contact information and any other pertinent information regarding your purchase.
The seller will ship the firearm directly to our store.
Once the firearm arrives at our location, our staff will log the firearm into our system and prepare it for transfer in the order in which it was received.
After the firearm has been received and processed, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for transfer. Please wait for confirmation from our staff that your transfer is ready before coming to the store to pick up firearm(s).
When you arrive at the store, you will complete the required federal and state paperwork and undergo the background check process. A valid government-issued photo ID and any required documentation must be presented at this time.
Once the background check has been approved and all requirements have been satisfied, the firearm can be transferred to you and you may take possession of it in accordance with applicable laws.
