Yes. All firearm purchases and transfers require a background check in accordance with federal and state law before a firearm can be transferred to the purchaser.
Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID that reflects their current residential address. Additional documentation may be required depending on the situation and applicable laws.
Yes. USA Liberty Arms provides FFL transfer services for firearms purchased online or from private sellers. Firearms can be shipped to our store and transferred to you after completing the required paperwork and background check. For more information on transfers, click here.
When purchasing a firearm online, simply select USA Liberty Arms as your receiving FFL dealer. If the seller requires a copy of our FFL, we can provide it upon request or it can be found here.
Once your firearm has been received and processed by our staff, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for transfer.
Yes. We may purchase used firearms or offer trade-in value depending on the firearm and current market conditions.
Yes. Customers may consign firearms through our store. We will display and market the firearm to potential buyers and handle the required paperwork when it sells.
Yes. Firearms may be evaluated for trade-in value that can be applied toward the purchase of another firearm.
Yes. USA Liberty Arms offers a variety of gunsmithing services including firearm cleaning and maintenance, optic mounting, bore sighting, parts installation, AR builds and modifications, and diagnostic repair.
Yes. If we do not currently have the item you are looking for in stock, we can often special order it through our distributor network.
Yes. We offer suppressors and assist customers with the NFA application process, including fingerprinting using our Silencer Shop kiosk.
Approval times can vary depending on ATF processing times and application volume. Our staff can provide general estimates based on recent approvals. You can also click here to see current processing times.
No. NFA-regulated items must remain with the dealer until ATF approval has been received and the transfer is completed.
