USA Liberty Arms is proud to serve as your Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for online and private firearm transfers. Whether you are purchasing a firearm from an online retailer, auction site, or private seller, our team is here to help facilitate the transfer process safely and in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws; including magazine restrictions.

When a firearm is shipped to our store, we handle the required paperwork and background check process to ensure the transfer is completed properly and efficiently. Our goal is to make the transfer process straightforward while providing clear communication and reliable service throughout the process.

Once your firearm arrives at our location and is processed, our staff will notify you so you can complete the required documentation and background check.

Firearms that are received with magazines that accept more cartridges than allowed by the State of Colorado will be made compliant, unless Active Duty Military or Law Enforcement credentials are provided.
